A creative, playful workshop at Rwts

Does your inner critic has a voice? Can it get very loud?

What if, instead of fighting it, you gave it a name… a face… and a collage?

Collage Your Inner Critic is a fun, accessible and gently powerful creative workshop that invites you to explore that inner voice through collage. The idea is simple: when we can see and name our inner critic, it loses some of its power. Turning it into something tangible can help quieten it when it starts to shout.

This session is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about curiosity, creativity and self-compassion — with scissors, paper and a sense of humour.

What to expect

• A relaxed, welcoming collage workshop suitable for all abilities

• Guided prompts to help you explore and personify your inner critic

• A chance to name, collage and externalise that voice

• A light-hearted but meaningful creative experience

• Space to slow down and do something just for you
