Join artist Di Ford and yoga teacher Lilianna (Studio Lilianna) for an afternoon of yoga, collage, and mindful sipping, a creative pause before the festive season begins.

Hosted in Lilianna’s newly renovated studio, this gathering is rooted in the Welsh word hiraeth, a word that speaks of longing for home, for belonging, and for the parts of ourselves we may never fully return to. It’s about coming home to yourself, finding connection in community, and honouring both the light and the shadow as we move into the winter months.

What to Expect

A grounding yoga session led by Lilianna, helping you arrive fully in the moment.

A creative collage workshop with Di, exploring the theme of light and dark.

A guided tasting of thoughtfully curated alcohol-free drinks , a joyful alternative to the season’s usual excess.

This is a space for the sober curious, or simply for anyone looking to enjoy an afternoon of creativity and connection without the hangover. As you sip and create, Lilianna will share her journey into sobriety, while Di brings honesty and humour about her own experiences, opening space for conversation that is both real and relatable.
